Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping charges and delivery methods will be shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on total order weight and destination.

  • Service Availability: Some services may not be available in remote or rural areas.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery – Estimated 4 working days

  • Express Delivery – Estimated 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – Estimated 2 working days

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Weight Guidelines

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Delivered via trusted national courier services

  • Securely packaged to ensure your toys arrive in perfect condition

  • Delivery date selection available at checkout

Orders Over 25kg

  • Delivered via courier or freight service, depending on size

  • May require access for pallet or bulk delivery—please ensure space for offloading

  • Scheduled delivery date required at checkout

Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same working day. Orders after 1 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • Restricted Areas: Additional fees may apply to remote locations or non-mainland addresses.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available at the time of delivery, redelivery or storage fees may apply.

  • Damaged Items: If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos for fast resolution.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can monitor its journey and estimated arrival.
